The range

Utility sheds, garden sheds, lofted barns, garages, cabin shells, and animal shelters, in sizes from 8 by 8 up to 14 by 40. A lofted barn gets you storage overhead without a larger footprint, which matters on a lake lot where ground space is the constraint.

Built for winters here

That phrase gets used loosely, so specifically: these are framed and sheathed to carry a genuine snow load, not assembled from panels that flex. A customer who bought a lofted shed two summers ago told us it has been exactly right for her small property and she expects it to last years, which is the ordinary outcome rather than a remarkable one.

Custom ordering

Pick the siding color, roof color, door positions, windows, loft, and interior layout. Most custom orders are built and delivered in four to six weeks depending on season and options, and you get a firm date when you order rather than a vague one.

Rent to own

No credit check, a straightforward monthly payment, and you own it outright at the end. Pay it off early if you want to, with no penalty. For a lot of people this is the difference between having the shed this spring and having it in three years.

Delivery

Included on most buildings throughout Webster, Siren, Spooner, Grantsburg, Hayward, Danbury, and the surrounding communities. Longer runs quoted on request.

Site prep is worth a conversation before delivery day. Reasonably level ground and clear access are what the driver needs.
